**Required for Tattoo Bundle clients … An in-person meeting for us to discuss your ideas in detail, ask any questions, feel out the energy of our thought process out-loud. **Session Inquiry From MUST be completed within 24 hours of your Session request to complete the booking process.
Recommended for those interested in a piece no larger than 1-2 inches — must be minimal in detail, no shading -Single letters, years, 1 word script, linework design (>1in) -Sizing options will be pre-printed based on your service selection

For 2 people … A back-to-back appointment with a friend/loved one! -Each participant must submit a separate Session Inquiry Form (found attached to your booking confirmation emails/texts upon submitting your request.) -Designs are kept minimal & are > 3in.
1 additional design per selection, per booking. **Be sure to include additional reference photos/sizing/placement selections in the required “Session Inquiry Form”.
Touch-up from a previous EffortLyss Ink session .. (must be 4 weeks healed) **Session Inquiry From MUST be completed within 24 hours of your Session request to complete the booking process.
